SHIPPING
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Unfortunately, we do not do same day delivery.
There is a possibility you will be charged import fees (or similar) when importing your goods (we are Australian based). This varies from where you are located and is paid to the transportation company. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for this charge. We unfortunately have no control over this.
SIZING

All our products include a fit guide with sizing recommendations and model sizing. Each garment also states whether the stye runs small or large based on customer feedback and fabric.
PRE ORDER
We offer ready to ship and pre order items. Pre orders are made to order items and each garment has a production time frame which is noted within the product description.
Once a pre-order has been placed and 24 hours have elapsed, it cannot be canceled. Pre-orders involve deposits placed to produce your garment, as they are made-to-order pieces. Alternatively, store credits may be granted within 6 days of purchase.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a custom design service or accept any requests to alter garments.
RETURNS

All returns must be submitted through our returns portal.
Once we receive your return and it has been approved, we ask to allow between 1-3 for your refund to be processed.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days depending on your bank provider.
Unfortunately, if your desired exchange size is sold out, a store credit will be granted instead.
